"Puppets Are the Big Future" at the CTBC Arts Festival is hosted by the Taiwanese contemporary puppet troupe "Puppet & Its Double Theater" with the participation of a total of 6 puppetry artists from Taiwan and Thailand, in collaboration with the Yilan NeiCheng Elementary School and the Yilan YuInn Elementary Schooll and Yilan Shunan Elementary School Puppeteers teamed up to create an outdoor theater, with 14 performances in just 180 minutes. 

25 little puppeteers from Yilan NeiCheng Elementary School are children accompanied at the Dreams Initiatives Project. The children have learned how to make and play the puppets from their teachers of Puppet & Its Double Theater.This Elementary School is located in Zhonghua Village of Yilan County. It once vigorously promoted the Butterfly Kingdom because of its rich ecological resources. In recent years, due to sand and gravel mining, the beautiful ecological environment has been hidden in the dust raised by sand and gravel trucks. The children wrote their own scripts and lyrics to tell stories about the community's environment and ecology.
